I was at a complete loss of what to do when the radio/CD player in my Ford Escape began to experience an awful crackling sound that eventually ended in no sound at all. I could not even change the radio station - even if there was sound! It listed the common problems experienced with many years of Ford Escapes - which included the problems I was experiencing. I called them to confirm what I was seeing/hearing with my vehicle, and they were very professional over the phone. I placed the service order online, followed the instructions they have on their website for uninstalling and mailing the ACM properly, and received my fixed ACM within a week. It has been one month since I have received my ACM from Automotive Circuit Solutions, and it continues to work great! I am so thankful for their quick, cheap, excellent service. A++
