Steps

1. Make the purchase
2. Email us your year, make, model and original mileage.
3. We will find you a compatible cluster from our stock, rebuild it, and program in the mileage.
4. Once you receive the package, take the cluster out and put your original cluster in the box.
5. Tape up the box and put our prepaid shipping label on it.
6. Either schedule a pick-up with usps.com or drop it off at your local PO.
7. Once we receive your rebuildable cluster we will activate the lifetime warranty. If no core is received you will have a 90-day warranty. 

We ship out 2-4 business days after we receive email with vehicle information and mileage. 

Note-This cluster does not come with a good lens cover. We ship with a broken lens cover just to protect the gauges. Upon receiving the cluster, simply unclip your good lens and transfer it to our rebuilt cluster. 

This cluster is compatible with:

• 1999-2002 Silverado/Sierra Gas (No trans temp gauge)
• 2000-2002 Suburban Gas (No trans temp gauge)
• 2000-2002 Tahoe Gas (No trans temp gauge)
• 2000-2002 Yukon Gas (No trans temp gauge)

Cluster must be similar to the one in the picture except without the trans gauge.

Warranty/Terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

The item purchased will be fully refurbished and tested for full function prior to us sending it to you. The cluster will come with our lifetime warranty on everything but the backlighting due to it's limited lifespan. To use this warranty you will have to send the cluster back to us for rework. We will not send you another pre-programmed cluster under any circumstances. Shipping for this will be covered by us for the first 3 months. After that you will be responsible for shipping it to us.

1. All of our gauge cluster services have a limited lifetime warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description). Warranty covers information displays, gauges, power loss.
2. The backlighting is covered for one year due to the limited lifespan of light-bulbs and LEDs. After one year we will be happy to replace the lights for a nominal fee. 
3. Shipping will be covered both ways for the first 3 months after receiving your cluster. after that you will have to pay shipping to us.
4. Warranty is not transferable if you sell the car. We log all customer data and give out a warranty # for tracking.
